The adidas Ruzo .4 is an all-round field hockey stick from adidas’ Ruzo stick collection. adidas hockey sticks are currently a staple on Dutch hockey fields. The sticks have a modern design and are used by many top players.

Material & Carbon Percentage

The Ruzo .4 is an all-round hockey stick that provides a good mix of power and optimal control. The stick is made of 70% carbon, which provides hitting power and strength. This allows for easy generation of extra ball speed. The added aramid in the stick increases shock absorption, giving the player more feel and control over the stick. The remaining fiberglass also provides extra protection for higher durability and wear resistance.

The head of the stick contains an epoxy core. The epoxy core provides a more consistent structure for the stick, resulting in increased hitting power.

Bow Shape & Head

The 24mm bow shape at a height of 220mm allows for easy execution of 3D tricks. The Low Bow curve offers an excellent mix of control and the ability to scoop.

The Ruzo features a special 3D hook shape for ultimate 3D dribbling. The Touch Compound on the head improves contact with the ball and provides better control. adidas’ 3D hook shape is comparable to the midi head.
